SALTED CARAMEL MARTINI
1.25 oz. Sobieski Karamel Vodka
.75 oz. Patron XO Café
2.0 oz. Half & Half
.50 oz. Simple Syrup
1.0 oz. Monin Caramel Syrup (set aside 1/2 for topping)
1 Dash Kosher Salt
Whipped Cream
Add ingredients in a mixing glass with fresh ice. Shake vigorously & strain into a martini glass. Garnish with whipped cream, followed by a drizzle of caramel and kosher salt

PUMPKIN MARTINI
3 parts Bols Pumpkin Smash Liqueur
1 part Captain Morgan Spiced Rum
dash half and half cream
Combine all ingredients. Shake with ice.

WINTER WHITE COSMO
Serves 1
2 oz cranberry vodka
0.75 oz Cointreau
1 oz fresh lime juice/simple syrup mixture
2 oz white cranberry juice
3 to 4 cranberries (floating as garnish)
Combine ingredients over ice in shaker tin.
Shake and strain into chilled martini glass.
Garnish with 3 or 4 frozen cranberries floating on the top.

CHOCOLATE LOVERS MARTINI--1
Maggiano's Little Italy Recipe
1 1/4 oz Stoli Vanil
3/4 oz Godiva Dark
1 oz DeKuyper Dark Crème de Cacao
1 1/2 oz half & half
1/2 oz chocolate sauce
Ice
Drizzle chocolate sauce in a martini glass.
Combine ingredients in shaker with ice.
Shake vigorously, strain and pour into the martini glass.

Chocolate Martini--2
Serves 1
1-1/4 oz. Stolichnaya Vanil Vodka
1/2 oz. Godiva dark chocolate liqueur
1/2 oz. Godiva white chocolate liqueur
Garnish chocolate sprinkles or grated chocolate
Shake ingredients together and pour into a martini glass. Top with chocolate sprinkles or grated chocolate.

CRANBERRY SLUSH
Serves 6-8
12 oz can of frozen cranberry juice
12 oz can frozen orange juice
2-3 cups bourbon
32 oz cranberry juice
16 oz lemon-lime soda
Combine all ingredients in a punch bowl and serve immediately while it’s still slushy! Keep additional lemon-lime soda on hand for taste.

BLUEBERRY and THYME COCKTAIL
Maggiano's Little Italy Recipe
1 1/2 oz Stoli Blueberi
1 oz lime juice
8 blueberries
sprig thyme
1 oz club soda
1 oz fresh sour (1 part lemon juice, 1 part lime juice, 2 parts simple syrup)
Muddle 5 berries and thyme. Add Stoli, lime juice and fresh sour. Shake and strain into champagne flute. Top with 1 ounce of soda and garnish with 3 berries.

Blackberry Rum Runner
Makes 1 cocktail
1-1/2 ounces Rum
1/2 ounce Banana Liqueur (DeKuyper or Bols)
Splash of pineapple juice
Splash of orange juice
1/2 ounce Monin Blackberry Syrup
3 fresh blackberries
Splash of Sprite
Pour the first five ingredients, along with two of the blackberries, into a cocktail shaker with enough ice to fill a 14-ounce beverage glass. Shake. Pour into beverage glass and top with Sprite. Garnish with the reserved blackberry and a straw.

ITALIAN SANGRIA
2 bottles red Italian table wine
1 cup brandy
1/2 cup triple sec
1 cup orange juice
1 cup pomegranate juice
1/2 cup simple syrup, or more to taste (equal parts sugar and water, heated until sugar dissolves, cooled)
orange slices
apple slices
blackberries
pomegranate seeds
Mix all ingredients together and let stand in a pitcher in the refrigerator for at least 24 hours in the refrigerator before serving.

BLACK CHERRY MOJITO
Serves 1
1 1/2 oz Cruzan Black Cherry Rum
1/2 oz Cruzan Guava Rum
1 lime wedge
1/2 oz simple syrup
1 oz soda water
5 mint leaves
mint sprig flower (Garnish)
Place 5 mint leaves in glass. Squeeze lime wedge in glass and drop in glass. Add simple syrup. Muddle well to release mint flavor in mixture. Add ice. Add Cruzan Black Cherry Rum & Cruzan Guava Rum. Mix all contents. Don’t forget your soda water. Garnish with a crisp, mint sprig flower.

Red Apple Sangria
4 cups red wine -- Sutter Home Cabernet Sauvignon
15 ounces Shakka apple Liqueur -- apple Liqueur
6 fluid ounces grenadine
18 fluid ounces cranberry juice -- Ocean Spray
18 fluid ounces pineapple juice -- Dole brand
lemon-lime soda -- Sierra Mist or other
Garnish
red apples -- cut into melon-ball size balls; as many as you want
oranges -- cut into wedges; leave rhine in tact; as many as you want
limes -- cut into wedges; leave rhine in tact; as many as you want
12 each maraschino cherries -- more if desired
Fill 16-oz wine glasses with ice.
Add red wine, apple liqueur, grenadine, cranberry juice, pineapple juice
to a large decorative pitcher. Top off each drink with Sierra Mist.
Use the small end of a melon baller to scoop balls out of a red apple. Or just cut into cubes!
Pierce the apple balls with toothpicks.
Drop all of the garnishes into the drink and serve with a straw.

1-1/4 ounces Skky Vanilla Vodka
3/4 ounce Creme de Cacao
3 ounces pineapple juice
ice
Combine the ingredients with ice in a martini shaker, shake approximately 1 minute and serve in chilled martini glass.
