Sorry I taped the show and all I come up with is creamed spinach in that one day only.  I also googled "meredith laurence spinach bake" and came up with nothing but those large pasta shells filled with cheese and spinach.  Sorry.

Thank you M0rgan. After they showed her cutting it they went right into her cheesy chicken bites. That spinach thing looked amazing! Thank you again for trying to find that out for me!

Thank you for that idea! Ok,  you may find this odd...but I do not have a Facebook. My husband nor I have ever had one. It is great to be able to keep up with people, but sometimes along with the *GOOD stuff there is too much drama or TMI. With that, we decided it wasnt't for us. Thank you again.  I will try to get someone that has one to do that for me. God bless!

Thanks again M0rgan. Oh, I definitely had FOOD on the brain in my post about not having Facebook. I had to fix it. I had put "along with food stuff there is the drama etc..." I meant to say along with the "good" stuff. People put good things on there but then you have the politics, drama you know...I hear and see enough drama and political talk through TV and daily life...I do not need it on a personal page I created...nor do I care to know what you ate for every meal of the day and when you showered or went to the bathroom...lol. I also have no urge to tell the world the same regarding myself. Have a blessed day!

I watched the video & she never did talk about it since they were talking to a caller & the show ended. I finally found it's called Spinach and Ricotta Calzone with Marinara Sauce but not the recipe. Pic on FB. Maybe someone has her recipe & can post it for you.
