Help with a dish served

Went to potluck last night and one of the dishes brought was some kind of green pepper, filled with cream cheese, wrapped in bacon & baked. They disappeared like wildfire. I don't know who brought them as the potluck was very large. Does anyone know what they were and can tell me what kind of peppers to use? TIA
