Mix crumbled bacon bits with mayo. Spread on a Triscuit and top with half of a cherry tomato.

fthunt, sorry these 'Pigs in a Blanket' did not meet your expectations. They are a popular appetizer. Perhaps if you make them yourself, so you can select the ingredients you perfer they would suit your taste.  Martha has great recipes that do work and are tasty. EnjoySmiley Happy

Make a good dip to your liking, serve with fresh veg sticks and chips and go to Trader Joes.  TJoes has REALLY GOOD little frozen appetizers, different kinds.  Heat and eat Smiley Happy

 

My favorite are the little tacos.  I serve them with a dollop of sour cream.
