Help-looking for a recipe

I had a bar at a local coffee shop and they were so good and delicious. They had a oatmeal base with caramel, chocolate and white chip. They also had pecans. Does anyone have a recipe with these ingredients? If you would be willing to share I would appreciate it. These bars are very rich. Thanks.
