I make a Date & Nut Bread recipe and it says to use (2) 8x4x2 pans. Bake 375-40-50 min.

I would like to make one bread and use a 9x5x2 1/2 pan. Should I adjust the temperature & time so I don't have the outside cooked and the inside not done?

All help would be appreciated.
