Will you please post your homemade meatballs again.  I copied it but apparently did not copy all of it.

Explain everything!  I love meatballs but have never made my own from scratch and the ones you posted sound really good!  Thanks.

@Zhills

HI!  I'm so flattered that you are asking me for a recipe when all of yours are so good. I know because I've saved many of them.

I hope you don't think this is a lazy answer, but I'm going to give you the link to Laura Vitale's episode. She makes them exactly as I do - only difference is that I put mine on a baking sheet and bake them at 350° for about 30 min, or until they reach 160°.  I then freeze them until I need them and let them continue cooking in the sauce.

*I use about 2/3 ground beef to 1/3 ground pork.  I never, ever buy or eat veal.

Here's the video - the same one I sent my son when he asked for my recipe!

@house_cat   Thanks for the video and the kind remarks.

You are a great cook!  Some of your photos make my mouth water!  Your husband is one lucky man!

I hope to make these tomorrow.  I have all the ingredients.  Will have to thaw chops and make ground pork!

Most Italian meatballs have something in them that I don't really like.  Publix makes a Homestyle Beef Meatball and it's OK!

I was intrigued when I read how you made these as a child.  Got to try them!

Will follow up!
