Ham, Cheese & Tomato Biscuits

1 can flaky biscuits

1 cup ham, diced (this is very good with crumbled bacon too...I use Hormel)

1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded

1/4 cup green onion, chopped

1/4 tsp dried oregano

1/2 cup chopped basil

1 large tomato, diced

Preheat oven to 375.

Dice tomato and drain. Press each biscuit into bottom of muffin cups and up the sides. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and spoon into cups.

Bake approximately 10 minutes...if biscuits aren't brown yet, bake an additional 4-5 minutes.
