I love Hoisin flavor but sometimes find it too sweet alone. This recipe was in Sunday paper to brush on pork on the barbecue. I had made a loin of pork in the oven and wanted something to make the leftovers taste "different". Really good brushed on the sliced pork.

1/4 cup hoisin sauce
1 T mirin
1/2 T soy sauce
1/2 T rice vinegar
