I just put a super simple apple pie (apples, sugar, cinnamon, crust) into the oven and realized that I don't remember how hot or how long to bake it. It's a flat 9" pie plate.

Any helpers?

I bake mine at 425 for 40-45 minutes or until the apples have softened.

I put my pie ingredients in a baked crust,  use a strussel topping and bake in the microwave 9 minutes.   The topping comes out crisp,  just as it should and apples perfectly done.

I do a 425 preheated oven for 15 minutes then lower to 375 for another 45.
