NOOO--not a fan of the green ones at all---but love the red. orange, yellow ones. they are sweeter and not so-----green!!! I use them alot and usually will roast them on my Ninja outdoor grill.  I would try stuffed peppers with thsoe but never with the green. Made a beautiful veggie pizza on a Boboli shell and used the grilled peppers on it---along with other grilled things. Normally we use them in our breakfast scrambles , in stir frys and with other veggies.

I love grilled peppers/onions/mushrooms on grilled ciabatta bread with mozzarella/lettuce/tomato.  A great sandwich.

I'm going to try the pepper recipe with the chicken above.  Yum.

How about stuffed green peppers?

Slice them and dip in your favorite dip.

I love green peppers but as I've gotten older, they do not like me. I can eat red or yellow, just not green.

I made the stuffed pepper soup this afternoon and it is delicious!  Thanks for the recipe!

Re: 🫑 Green Peppers 🫑

love green peppers. So much, that many years ago I grew green peppers in a small patch in the backyard. Aside from the jalapeños I grew around them to discourage pests, that was the only vegetable I ever grew.

I love to sauté strips in oil until crisp-tender then let sliced Muenster cheese melt on top with some red pepper flakes--and spoon into a sesame seed roll. A delicious mess lol!
