Great Baked Apple Recipe?

Hey ladies, I've been reading and enjoying your recipes for quite awhile, but this is my first time posting. I am having my parents over for dinner tomorrow in my new home. My precious husband is grilling a pork tenderloin, and I wanted to make my dad's favorite, baked apples. Do any of you sweet ladies have a tried and true recipe for them. I appreciate it!
