Gonna grill a pork chop in the GF. If anyone has any recommendations would appreciate it. Hope it doesn't come out dry!

Low and Slow. Preheat grill 350 range - put (pork chop) on and let it cook from there. Some might say 325 - but on my GF nothing much happens if it's too low a temp. Flip half way through the process. Yum Yum
s/p or seasoning before grilling

Thanks, always put on S&P, but wasn't sure if GF would dry it out. Mine is just a basic - no temp setting but will keep an eye on it.

Marinate
I use a product that looks like soy sauce-- we have several at our grocery store - Dale's Seasoning, Or if you have a favorite marinade, use it.
There are probably more marinades on grocery shelves than there are ketchups.
It's easy to make your own.
Don't over cook.
Slightly undercook and wrap or cover with foil

Thanks for the tip. Afraid to put worcestershire/ etc. on - was thinking of perhaps evoo - I share with my furbaby - he gets most as I'm not much of a meat eater! Thought a "sauce" might prevent it from drying out.
