Can anyone answer this question?? I just made Tyler Florence's recipe for "Ultimate gnocchi" and they are resting in my fridge waiting to be cooked tonite. The recipe included 1/2 tsp. baking powder to ensure lightness (I never heard of this). IS THERE ANY REASON WHY I CANNOT FREEZE THE UNCOOKED GHOCCHI?? Usually I put the raw gnocchi on cookie trays, in the freezer till hard, then transfer them to frezer containers until I want to cook them. Would the inclusion of baking powder make any difference? TIA -
