@molly and me    I'll share one that I make and has come out delicious every time.

Gluten Free Peach Cobbler:

1 can drained peach slices

1 stick of melted butter

1 cup sugar

3/4 cup of milk

1 cup Bob's Red Mill gluten free 1:1 baking flour

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

combine melted butter with milk, stir in all the dry ingredients.  I use electric mixer until a smooth batter is achieved.   Pour into 8x8 or 9x9 baking dish.  Arrange the peach slices onto the batter.  (I then push it down into the batter)    Bake for approximately 40 minutes.   After taking it out of the oven I sprinkle the top lightly with ground cinnamon.

You can use any fruit you want.  I've done fresh blueberries.  Apple pie filling, etc.

I have been gluten free for almost 40 years.  What type of recipes are you interested in...desserts, bread, main dish??

Thank you so much!  I love peach cobbler.  I've had a number of health challenges over the past 4 years.  I'd like to gain back some of the45 lbs I've lost ....this cobbler sounds like a good start.  Thank you again.

Desserts are always appreciated.  This was totally unexpected as I was battling breast cancer....am in remission so I'm ready to tackle this challenge.  Now they say I'm seriously deficient in B 12 and iron!  I just got a little overwhelmed and turned to this board for some guidance.

I agree, an internet search is the best bet for recipes.

Here are a couple more from my recipe folder that I've made several times.   Makes for good left overs.

I use ground turkey instead of beef.
