Does anyone know of, or have a recipe for gluten-free, organic bread?

Thanks,,,,,,,,,

IMO, making GF baked goods can be a little tricky because it requires adding xanthan gum and other things to your flour, to make it "work", and baking requires more exact measuring than cooking.  That said, I found a GF flour blend at Costco by Namaste.  It already has the required additions and measures cup for cup to regular flour.  I have used it for Texas Sheet Cake with excellent results and have also used it for gravies and creamed soups successfully.  I have not made bread with it, but I am confident that it would be successful there as well.  On the namastefoods website there are a number of recipes, oven baked bread being one of them.  I haven't looked, but I wouldn't be surprised if the recipe is on the package as well. There's also a recipe on the website for using a bread machine.

Try Eziekel bread contains no flour - I love the sesame - they also make waffles and English muffins and wraps - it's usually in the refrigerator section
