1 1/2 lb ground ham

1 1/4 lb ground fresh pork

1 1/2 cup soft bread crumbs

1/2 cup finely chopped onion

2 eggs..beaten

1/2 cup milk

Combine and press into a lightly greased 6 1/2 cup ring mold. Invert on shallow pan. Remove mold. Bake in 350 oven for 1 1/4 hours.

45 minutes into baking, baste with glaze and repeat at least another 3 x

Glaze

1-1/2 cup brown sugar

1 T prepared mustard

2 T white vinegar

1 T water

Cook until well blended

Serves 12
