German Brat & Sauerkraut in Crockpot

1 28 oz. jar refrigerated sauerkraut. ( Claussen). 3/4 cup beer,1Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce, 1 1oz pkg dry onion soup mix, 2lbs. Pre- cooked bratwurst. In sprayed slow cooker combine sauerkraut, beer, Worcestershire, onion soup mix. Mix well. Cut brats in diagonal slices & place on top of kraut. ( I add caraway seed to taste). Cover & cook on Low 5-6 hrs. Or on High for 2 -3 hours.
