@Calibeach how big a mug did you use for Mac n Cheese? Big mug doesn't help, I would like to know about what size, ounces etc. I think my adult granddaughter will find this fun and right up her alley. Thanks

@Calibeach you know what!!! I have several Fiestaware jumbo mugs that would work. No boil over in these. They are like small bowls with handles, they have saucers too. Iam anxious to try the pizza and Mac n cheese. I don't eat dairy, but everyone else does. Looks good and quick, with half the mess.

@shoekitty yes, I'm sure your Fiestaware ceramic bowls will work for these recipes. Just check the capacity (ounces). During the presentation Gemma said her mugs are 16 ounces. That's what her recipes are based on in terms of mug size. She said smaller mugs tend to overflow
She also designed her mugs bottoms to be curved to help with the mixing of ingredients

@Calibeach back again, had to add..I just went to try to get online photo of the mug. Found out they are retired Fiestaware (2013) and now worth about 45 bux each. lol I have a dozen stashed away I collected Fiestaware for 30 years. Quit several years ago. The mugs are 18 ounces, perfect. Plus made in USA, microwave safe...I'm set!

@shoekitty good for you! Our primary dishes are beautuful and unique Italian stoneware that we purchased during a trip to Italy that included a week stay in Tuscany - from a very small family owned stoneware company located in an ancient walled city near Tuscany. We use these dishes daily and for entertaining.
But, we also have many Fiestaware items that I purchased over 10 years ago. They are great quality and usable for many everyday needs and they mix in well with the Italian stoneware. I don't have the bowls with handles that you have; sounds like they would be perfect for mug cooking!

@Calibeach Italian stoneware is known for its quality, and durability. I know even my Fiestaware hs been a workhorse. My cupboards are full as well as storage, lol. I think over the years I have broken maybe 2 pieces. I love the versatility of it. Microwave, oven and such.

Thanks for posting the recipes @Calibeach !
I ordered a set (green) of her mugs yesterday. I'm getting away from L&L, etc. and believe these mugs will be a perfect alternative.

Thanks for posting the recipes. I want the brownie so I will try it tomorrow. It's too late to eat now.
I want to try the mac n' cheese. I like the stuff but about 1/2 cup is plenty for me. I can't eat a bowl of it.
Wonder how the pizza mug turns out?

@Nightowlz I think these are great for individual "quick" servings. I haven't tried any of them yet. Let me know what you think.
