GRILLED CHEESE

This is not really a recipe but I was looking for something for lunch and put together a grilled cheese sandwich that was really good.

Sourdough bread
Sharp cheddar cheese
Slices of red onion
Pesto

The combination of the above flavors really hit the spot.
