3 cups diced cooked chicken

1 cup mandarin oranges

1/2 cup toasted sliced almonds

2 Tbsp salad oil

2 Tbsp vinegar

Dash marjoram

1 cup diced celery

1 (9oz) can pineapple tidbits (1 cup)

2 Tbsp. orange juice

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 cup mayonnaise

Blend salad oil, orange juice, vinegar, marjoram, and salt in a small bowl.

In a another bowl mix chicken, oranges, almonds, celery, and pineapple. Mix both mixtures together in a large bowl. Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour; DRAIN. Add mayonnaise and blend.

Serves 8-10
