I know this isn’t earth shattering or a new idea, but it is something I’ve tried recently, and I enjoy it. Instead of buying a lot of one fruit, I’ve been getting small amounts of a variety, oranges, pears , berries, melon etc. I cut them up and make a fruit salad, the oranges provide enough juice to mix them up. I end up eating all of the fruit, instead of throwing a bunch away that is past it’s prime. This has really helped me in my struggle to eat healthy and maintain my weight loss. 🍎🍐🍌🍊🍇🍒🍓

Love fresh fruit.....I usually have a fruit salad similar to yours or individual grapefruit, apple, banana, and orange every morning.  The fruit is easy to take with you on your way to work, to the gym or in any of your travels.

I enjoy fruit this way, too!  DH and I for the most part will make a small fruit salad and have this after our dinner.  I was buying fruit and then not eating it much.  This is a much easier way to get your fruit in every day.  And it acts like our dessert - that sweet touch at the end of the meal!

I've been doing the same thing.  It helps me eat grapefruit which I really don't care for but were on a sale last week.  Since we've been cooped up ans kids have been out of school all week, I left the fruit salad bowl on the counter for them as well.
