flavor emulsions

jujst came across them and i plan to use them all the time now.  the flavor is much better.

I had not heard of flavor emulsions until I saw your post and looked it up online. I would like to give them a try if I can find them locally.  It sounds like the flavor stays more intense and doesn’t bake out.

i fouind them at a cooking or resturant supply store.  they are not that costly and with the cost of vanillia, it might be worth a try
