DH wanted some fried pork chops last Sun. so I made some with a saltine crackers recipe that I don't remember where I saw it & than saw the recipe again so I tried it. It was really easy to make & the pork chops were tender. DH said they were the best fried pork chop he had ever ate. I know fried food not good for you but it's not like we eat it every day. The recipe called for 2 eggs but 1 was enough for the 4 pork chops I had.
Cut fat from pork chops, dip in egg, press crackers on
fry in 1/4" peanut oil
I cooked them about 20 mins.
