Fried Chicken Salad


2 chicken breasts....chopped

2 Tablespoons butter

salt and pepper to taste

garlic powder to taste (optional)



hard boiled egg


bacon bits

salad dressing of choice

cheddar cheese...shredded


Melt butter in skillet. Add seasonings. Add chicken and cook til done.  Serve HOT over lettuce. Top with boiled egg, tomato, and bacon bits. Serve with salad dressing and cheese.

Though I often make chicken salad out of leftover fried is always served cold...
