Just received my mini Flip Pans from Evine. Anyone here have them and what's your favorite recipes?

I don't have any recipes for you, but there used to be a cookbook with Flip Pan recipes available to order from Evine.

I've had one for well over a year and have never used it.  Wish I had my money back.  What a stupid idea for a pan.  What was I thinking?

@Mustang Shar I have a couple of these pans and I really like them and use at least one of them every day.  I have a small round pan that also came with a glass lid that I leave out on my induction burner and then also purchased a smaller, deeper square one so I could make larger chicken breasts or maybe a small pork loin.

I don't use any recipes per say as I cook for one so I just kind of wing it but here is a link to a popular Facebook groups that also have interesting recipes and tips:

I really liked the size and shape of the pans you just received and hope you enjoy yours as much as I do mine.  They cook and clean up beautifully!

Hi! I am in that group as of last week. Deb had mentioned it during the presentation. I emailed Evine as 3 orders I placed including the flip cookbook state in process. I'm like WHAT? There was a hang up somewhere.
