These are by no means authentic but they are quick, easy and can really satisfy a craving.

1lb cod filet, or any firm white fish you like

2Tbsp melted butter

1/2tsp each cumin and garlic powder

2Tbsp each mayo and sour cream

2tsp lime juice

1 1/2 Cups shredded cole slaw mix

4 (6 inch tortillas) Corn or flour whatever you prefer

Preheat Oven to 450

Rinse fish and dry with papertowels. Cut crosswise into 1 inch slices and place in single layer in a greased shallow pan. Combine butter, cumin and garlic powder and brush over fish. Bake 4 to 6 minutes until fish flakes easily when pierced with a fork. Meanwhile combine mayo, sour cream and lime juice. Add coleslaw mix and toss to coat. Place 2 to 3 pieces of fish on a warmed tortilla and top with coleslaw mix. Of course top with all your favorites, salsa, avocado, cilantro and a dash of hot sauce.
