Fish Question........O/T

Hi RS Friends!

Have you cooked with Rock Fish? Is it a mild fish?

Usually, I purchase sole, tilapia, flounder....the more mild tasting fishes of the sea Smiley Happy But when I went to purchase some for dinner, there wasn't any on the shelves. They had packages of this Rock Fish, but I know not of this fish. So, what can you tell me?
