Fennel Ideas

Do you like fennel, the bulb, not seed? Seems some people like it fresh and some like it cooked. I was not brought up on it. I have been buying it lately and only using it roasted with other veggies.

If you do like it, what are your favorite ways to prepare it or use it in?
