Does anyone know how to make one of those egg souffle in a casserole dish in the oven?

The ones that puff up.I have some extra eggs from a neighbor who has chickens and would like to make them one.

Years ago my grandmother used to make one in the oven with either baking soda or baking powder ,I can't remember and she buttered the dish and added the eggs and milk,would anyone have a recipe like that?
