Easy Mini Blueberry Lemon Trifles

This recipe was in a Kroger mailer that I received recently.  I'm going to make a simple version, just the first four layers with a dollop of cream on top and serve them in clear plastic cups - easier than cupcakes and cute for backyard parties.

a very easy recipe to put together and it looks beautiful.

thanks for sharing! would also work with other types of preserves and berries.
