Easy Easy Key Lime Pie recipe !!!

Key Lime Pie

9" graham cracker crust pie shell

14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk

3 - egg yokes (whites not used)

1/2 cup Key Lime Juice ( I use Nellie and Joe's Key Lime Juice in the bottle)

Combine milk, yokes and lime juice. Blend until smooth. Pour filling into pie shell and bake @ 350 degrees for 15 minutes . Allow to stand 10 minutes before refrigerating. Just before serving, top with freshly whipped cream and garnish with lime slices if desired.

By the way, this recipe is on the back of the Nellie and Joe's Famous Key West Lime Juice bottle. It's a winner!!
