If you're having a brunch for Easter, please share your menu. I'm sort of stumped since 3 of the "guests are teenagers. One thought was sliders. There's always bread pudding and some sort of potato casserole, but there's so many carbs. I know the sliders don't sound too "Eastery", but they'll eat them. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Maybe not very brunchy but for Easter:
deviled eggs
ham with applesauce or grilled pineapple
scalloped potatoes
steamed dill carrots
steamed asparagus or green beans
green salad
rolls
carrot cake

For brunch:
vege tray
fruit kabobs
yogurt parfaits
french toast casserole (torn bread, apple pie filling)
bagels or breads - banana nut, poppyseed...
ham and cheese croissants
deviled eggs
juice - orange, grapefruit, grape, cranapple...

@lynnie61 ....I love the bunny/fruit kabob! Thanks for posting picture. I may do that as well.
@coffee drinker .... my Easter brunch is more breakfast items than lunch. The idea of sliders is good. I would do ham sliders since ham seems to be thought of at Easter.
In the past, I have done Eggs Benedict for brunch. But, I prefer items made ahead and popped in oven...serve and enjoy. Eggs Benedict means cooking at the time...but good!
My menu is usually....
Mimosas! 😉....Coffee..other juice
Egg casserole...maybe two or Quiche
Sausage cooked with apples
Bacon
Fruit Bowl or...new idea...those kabobs..maybe both
Coffee Cake, muffins
French Toast...kids love or small pancakes
LOTS OF JELLY BEANS WITH EVERYTHING! 😆

@walker Yes, the kabobs are cute and seem easy! Cute for the holiday but not many peep fans but festive. I'm doing them!

Our lunch menu is pretty easy:
Devilled eggs
Ham and Kielbassi
Scalloped potatoes or Potato Salad
Smashed Brussels
Steamed asparagus
Green salad
rolls

devilled eggs
ham with applesauce or grilled pineapple
scalloped potatoes
steamed dill carrots
steamed asparagus or green beans
green salad
rolls
carrot cake
this looks like a delicious menu, especially the deviled eggs. No one in my family likes them so I don't bother. Tomorrow is my 75th birthday so maybe I can wheedle my husband into making a small batch for me.

Why don't you try roasting your vegetables instead of steaming them...SO much tastier
Just a suggestion
