If you're having a brunch for Easter, please share your menu.  I'm sort of stumped since 3 of the "guests are teenagers.  One thought was sliders.  There's always bread pudding and some sort of potato casserole, but there's so many carbs.  I know the sliders don't sound too "Eastery", but they'll eat them.  Any suggestions will be appreciated.

@coffee drinker Teenagers don't need to be catered to.  They can eat whatever is served.  I'll get beaten up probably for saying that but unless they have health issues (then the host should be informed) they are too big not to eat adult food.

Ham (spiral sliced), fruit salad, salad, vegetable lasagna on the side, some sort of potato something (I'd bake regular and sweet potatoes, half them and put on a platter and do some make-your-own toppings--butter, sour cream, chives, brown sugar or maple syrup, chopped nuts).  Hawaiian or some other rolls is someone must have a slide they can make their own.

@coffee drinker

I've yet to meet a teenager who didn't love baked bacon with brown sugar and pineapple casserole.

Totally agree and a holiday is a great time for them to be introduced to fancier foods and not the usual.

All the teenagers I know here love sushi. But I am in California sushi rolls are staple. I love the raw fish, but the lids are more into the tempura rolls, and California rolls. IMG_2022.jpeg Most are lightweights and go for the avacado/ cucumber rolls.  They can be bought at Costco, or a good grocery story. The fruit kabobs are a winner, with a couple dips like chocolate and whipped cream. They will love the sliders. Mine like BBQ chicken on Hawaiian rolls with the cheese and baked in apan!!

I took the fruit kabobs to my part time job yesterday.  They were a hit!  Everyone seemed to enjoy them.
