the baked cauliflower that she used to show pictures of? I think it had bacon and cheese. I looked on line, but it's so overwhelming to locate the right one. I'm not sure she even posted the recipe or just the picture because I don't Facebook.

A number of you were asking for the Roasted Cauliflower Recipe, so here goes:
-1 cauliflower, cut up in small florets
-1 red onion cut in large pieces
-1 whole garlic, peel and mince cloves
Olive oil...
Salt
Toss it all together, put on a baking sheet, in the oven at 400 degrees for 1 hour.
Yummy!!!!

Never mind. I just looked on her Facebook (I can look, but not answer). Anyway, on Jan. 2 she posted the recipe because she said that so many people were wanting the recipe.

I make this one, and her butternut squash recipe w/ shallots quite often. Sandra Bennett has an amazing recipe for Mock Fried rice using shredded cauliflower in place of rice. I use tofu for the protein. These women are on t.v. they know how to eat right-lol!

This is so good. Sometimes I also sprinkle with parm cheese before I bake and a couple T grated cheddar cheese after I bake

The recipe looks like it's screaming for cheese. LOL Lisa is so conscious of eating healthy that she probably didn't want to use it. I may have to. Years ago we always baked cauliflower with sauce and cheese. Heart attack on a plate !!
