Dirty Rice by TIES -- Anyone????

I saw that somebody in the "Lost Recipes of Lost Posters" thread was asking for a copy of tiesthatbind's recipe for Dirty Rice. Since that request may have gotten lost among all the wonderful recipes posted, I thought I'd ask again here. If you would add it here, I'll make sure it gets to the "Lost Recipes" thread also. Thanks!
