1.I was watching a u tube video of how to double dip it. He dipped it in buttermilk, flour, buttermilk, then flour and deep fried it.
2. DIpping in beaten egg, then seasoned flour and deep fat fried it.
3. Dredged it in flour then fried.
4. SBP (Standard Breading Procedure). Dip in flour, then liquid then bread crumbs or panko.
5. ATK or CI just dipped in eggs, then panko and pan fried.
6. Dip in flour, water, then back in flour and deep fat fry.
I tried 1, 2, 3 and 4 And liked 2 so far. Do you have any ways to add?? 😊 😊 😊

I just always use your SBP process. First you thoroughly dry whatever you're coating, then lightly flour it, a dip in an egg wash, then some finely ground panko bread crumbs. If you want a thicker coating you can repeat the egg wash and panko a time or two. I find panko as it comes from the box a bit coarse, so it goes into my old Ninja and gets ground down into a finer grit, then applied. It retains its crunch but doesn't shout its presence in that manner.
