Can't recall where I saw this initially, may even have been here on Recipe Swap. This was a big hit at my house last year. I make my own graham cracker crust and add some cinnamon to it.
Frozen Pecan Pie
1 - 8oz. Philadelphia cream cheese (softened)
3/4 cup Karo lite corn syrup
1/4 cup Domino's dark brown sugar (packed)
1 cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans
1 - Keebler 9" graham cracker crust
In a mixer add cream cheese--beat. Add corn syrup and brown sugar--beat. Add milk and vanilla--beat until smooth. Remove bowl from mixer--add chopped pecans and stir. Pour batter into the graham cracker crust. Freeze overnight. Remove from freezer 10 minutes before serving.
