Delicious Soup!

[ Edited ]

I make this all the time, depending how much chicken you put in it can be a soup or more like a stew.

Supermarket rotessorie (sp?) chicken

Health Valley - NO SODIUM ADDED SOUP

spinach

pot stickers

pinch of salt

some dill

I never buy store bought soup as it is like eating a bottle of salt.  So I buy the Health Valley brand and just add a little salt to my taste.

First, I steam some frozen spinach

second, I steam for about 1 minute some Pot Stickers (I use the vegetable ones)

Put soup in the pot, add some shredded chicken, spinach, some dill, pinch of salt and lastly pot stickers,

Heat and enjoy.

I make this all the time and it is really delicious,

I use either the Minnestrone, vegetable or lentil soup.

@lovesallanimals,
I had no idea that there were more choices available in no/low-so soups beyond Cambpell's Cream of Mushroom or Chicken! I definitely plan to order a few varieties of Healthy Valley.

Although I prefer frozen, I did find a can of no-so spinach. I think this canned spinach might be tolerable in your soup recipe if thrown in near the end of the cooking cycle to just warm.

Have you come across any no/low-so potstickers? They do tend to be rather high in sodium. I considered making my own but anything involved with kneading a dough
gives me a defeatist attitude.
