Delicious Apple Dip

1 8 oz.brick softened cream cheese
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 to 1 cup chopped nuts
1 can lemon-lime soda, like Sprite
4-6 good eating apples, like Gala or HoneyCrisp or your favorite

Blend all ingredients together, except apples and soda.
Slice the apples; toss in regular lemon-lime soda to prevent browning.
Dip! Dip!! Dip!!!
