I love manicotti-but hate stuffing the shells. I make the filling & stir in regular noodles. Top with the tomatoe sauce & cheese & bake at 350 for 45 minutes. I uncover it for the last 14 minutes.
I have not made it for decades. I throuhg together a batch today & it still tastes good!
