I missed the first few minutes of show and didn't catch what they said about him.

Mary Beth mentioned something about bread making at the top of the show

any one know what she was referring to ? I'm gonna keep it on to see what they might be bringing on.

@SharkE I didn’t hear the beginning either. But, did you notice Q changed that name of the show to “In the Kitchen With David & Mary”?

@Diva on The Q I could be wrong, but I think they’re referring to Mary who is on ITKWD on Sundays. I suppose she’s on vacation as well. If they meant Mary Beth, I think they would’ve spelled her name out and not just use “Mary.”

He said on last Wednesday nights's show that he would have Labor Day weekend off, Mary Beth would be filling in and he would return this Wednesday.

Mary DeAngelis was off this weekend too. Antonella filled in for her yesterday on "In the Kitchen".

It seems David must have a great contract.....he is off pretty much every holiday that i have noticed.....

I think they should just say "In the Kitchen". He is always off, and what I dislike is they say it's a well deserved vacation. I'm sure there must be a lot of prep for this show but I don't think David does the whole thing. He can't even get through a 3 hour show without someone standing in for him at least 2 or 3 products. I'd rather watch Mary Beth or Mary D.
