I also love cumin I tend to use it often when I cook chicken - like chicken pot pies, chicken soups, or any other dish where I am cooking chopped chicken.

This sounds boring, but I love the taste of fresh ground pepper...I have one that has three different peppercorns and it really does make a difference in taste over regular pepper.

 

Speaking of cumin, though, I do love that spice.  I have a chili recipe that calls for it and it adds a wonderful smoky note to the chili that everyone loves!
