Made these for dinner tonight. It's a sandwich that was served at the Crystal Restaurant in our town. The Crystal has been gone for decades, but we still love the sandwich. I just had second thoughts about posting it as I might hear how "not good" this is for you and yes, I know, but it's a good occasional treat.

Fry some ham slices (about 1/8" thick), you can also use lunch meat ham. Fry one egg and break open the yolk as soon as you put it in the pan. Put the ham and egg on white toast with lettuce, mayonnaise (always Hellman's here) and Heinz Dill Pickle slices.

I know this isn't much of a recipe, but it's a quick, easy and yummy sandwich.

The dill pickles are NOT optional.

My best friend's 60th birthday is soon and I invited her and hubby for dinner. I asked if she would like prime rib. She said no, she wanted Crystal Combinations. So that's what she'll get along with Lavendersage's corn and zucchini fritters, which I highly recommend.
