I found a recipe that used Butternut Squash, but I used Sweet Potatoes instead.

Crustless Sweet Potato Pie

1 can of Sweet Potato puree 15 oz. or 2 cups of plain mashed cooked sweet potatoes

2 small cans of evaporated milk

4 eggs

1 c white sugar

1 stick of butter,softened

1 T flour

1 t vanilla

1 t nutmeg

Mix all ingredients until well blended, pour into a lightly greased 9 inch deep dish pie pan. Put this on a baking sheet and bake at 350* for 1 hour. Take out and cool. Store in the refrigerator. Serve with Cool Whip if you like.
