@Reconnaissant  Thanks for reminding us of wonderful roasted radishes! I love them! For me, I would leave out the paprika.

That sounds interesting, thank you for posting.  I'm not crazy abour radishes - too hot for me -  but I like veggies.

@ValuSkr

To take the heat out of radishes Place the cut radishes into a bowl of ice water and leave in the fridge. The longer the radishes sit in the cold water the milder their taste will become.

Fascinating recipe.  I would have never thought to put radishes (which I love) into an oven and cook them.  I will try this.  Thank you!

@Reconnaissant

Thank you for this, I'm going to try it.  I've been experimenting with roasted veg including parsnips, turnips and the latest one which was delicious, celery root.

I love roasted vegetables and roast them often.  I've never done radishes, but that's about to change! Thank you @Reconnaissant

Sounds good.  I will have to invest in some garlic powder and onion powder.

Sounds yummy.  Never had them cooked.  My Dad used to add thinly sliced ones to his sandwich.  Love anything from the cabbage family.
