Try this; it is so easy and very good!
Cranberry Chicken
1 package of dry onion soup mix
1 large can of whole cranberry sauce
8 oz. Catalina salad dressing
4-5 Skinless chicken breasts (with or without bone)
Combine the first 3 ingredients and pour over 4 or 5 skinless chicken breasts. Bake at 350 degrees uncovered for about 1 hour (less for boneless). Cook until glazed and bubbly and chicken is cooked through. I used 4 bone-in and it took 1 hour. This fit perfectly in the TSV oval baker. I removed from the oven and used the cover to keep it warm until served. The sauce is great over rice. This is not too sweet and my guests loved it. All you need is a salad and/or vegetable and you are done. I served Pinot Noir with this and it was wonderful
