Costco Stir Fry

Yesterday at Costco I was looking for something to heat up when I got home after a long day and took a chance on their deli pre-made beef stir fry.  I'm picky and often don't care for pre-made but this was very good even if a little salty.  If you don't like any salt, don't buy it.  The beef was shredded, lots of juice that flavored the vegetables and the underlay of rice.

 

Thought I'd pass it on.  Not all Costco foods are great,  We have enough for another meal or three to eat or freeze.

Thank you very much for the tip.  We are headed to Costco Saturday and hope they still have it!
