Corn Cake Appetizer

I need some help from all you great cooks.

I'd like to make an appetizer for corn cakes from Jiffy Cornbread mix. I plan to make the recipe as directed on the box and just fry them by the spoonful in a hot frying pan, but don't know what I can top them with. Any ideas you can offer would be appreciated.
