Cooking with Lavender

Do you cook with lavender? How do you use it?

This past summer, in particular, I've run across several different recipes using lavender: lavender lemonade & other beverages; lavender cookies, breads, and cakes; lavender used to season chicken and other meats. I've never actually cooked with lavender and am curious to know how others have used it. Any recipes you want to share? Tips?
